Meet Erica

Patient Care Coordinator

If you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting our Patient Care Coordinator Erica, run—don't walk—to Banerji Plastic Surgery! She is your “go-to” for all surgery scheduling questions and concerns! From answering all your surgery and financial questions and scheduling your complimentary consultation to walking you through the details of surgery and the follow-up process, Erica will be with you every single step of the way.

This hardworking boss babe brings with her to BPS many years of experience in the medical and plastic surgery field. Her genuine compassion and care for each patient has everyone feeling like family. Erica makes sure our patients are very comfortable, all questions are answered and calms any worries with her signature humor and charm.

When she isn’t hanging out with her BPS besties, you can find Erica spending her time around the Bay Area with her fiancé, Bryce and son, Liam. This amazing mama wishes her son would stop growing so fast! When Liam has his own play dates to go on, Erica enjoys accompanying Bryce at the casinos, going on motorcycle rides, floating the river, and spending time with her extended family. She also has 3 dogs: Poseidon, Zeus and Loki and 2 cats: Thor and Casper; without whom her family would not be complete!

Meet Rachael

Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector

Rachael Rowland is a Family Nurse practitioner, with 12 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, and over 5 years of injectable experience.

She first attended The University of Texas at Tyler and obtained her BSN, and within one year of graduating she pursued her graduate degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and is now a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. After experiencing different career paths, she realized aesthetic medicine is her passion.

Rachael has completed numerous trainings and has been certified in multiple forms of advanced injection techniques. She has an in depth understanding of and experience with all the fillers and toxins currently on the market. Her broad understanding of facial anatomy, detailed non-surgical injectable skills and artistic eye will help you achieve your aesthetic goals, while maintaining your natural beauty and balance.

Rachael has extensive experience with various laser treatments including Sciton Halo, BBL and Moxi. She also performs chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling treatments, PRP treatments and Morpheus8 treatments making her the perfect Banerji Beauty to tackle all your skincare needs, as well.

When Rachael is away from work, she and her husband of 14 years, Josh, spend their free time with their two boys, Connor and Carson, bouncing between baseball fields and basketball courts. This #boymom also loves the beach, reading books and staying active with a variety of workouts like running, Pilates and barre.
